Isabel Commandeur is a powerful and unique singer and actress from The Netherlands


Most recently she was a finalist in the Dutch TV show ‘ARIA’ singing Opera Classics.  With her strong and electrifying performance, Isabel was the winner of the Dutch TV show ‘My Name Is’ (The Dutch equivalent of American Idol). Singing songs by the pop diva Christina Aguilera in the exhilarating finals, she won a leading role in the musical Daddy Cool.


Isabel is world champion in acting, winning a gold medal at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Hollywood. In addition she won a bronze medal for Vocal Opera and Vocal Pop, an ‘Overall Industry Award’ and a scholarship for the acting program for Film & TV at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts.  Isabel received her musical education at the Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam and graduated with a degree in Musical Theatre.

Since then, her various musical theatre credits have included Saturday Night Fever, A Little Night Music, Into the Woods, Bernarda Alba, Lover or Loser and Nieuwe avonturen met Dolfje Weerwolfje.  Isabel is also in demand as an actress for different national television commercials.


Isabel is acclaimed as a versatile voice-over actress in her country. Her voice can be heard in a great number of different radio and television commercials for toys, movies, games, audiobooks, and television series for companies like Disney+, Netflix, Amazon, V-tech, Sony Pictures and many more.
