Sven F. Heubes – Where Astonishment Becomes a Memory

Sven F. Heubes is an award-winning German magician, mentalist and vocalist with more than three decades of professional performance experience. Since beginning his professional career in 1993, he has developed a distinctive theatrical style combining sophisticated magic, intelligent humour, psychological storytelling, live music and genuine audience interaction.

Career highlights include 21 sold-out performances of his recurring production at Düsseldorf’s renowned Kom(m)ödchen theatre, where he remains the only magician ever granted a recurring production, and winning the title of German Champion of Magic in 2011 with AbraCappella – an innovative five-part a cappella ensemble combining vocal harmony with magic. From 2018 to 2024, Sven also served as  President of the Magic Circle of Düsseldorf, leading the association and organizing national magic conventions.  Alongside his theatre work, Sven has many years of experience in high-end corporate entertainment, performing for leading national and international companies. He has also worked extensively as a magical variety host, using magic, humour and live moderation to weave individual acts into a cohesive evening while creating the space for fellow artists to shine. As a high-end close-up performer, he combines exceptional sleight-of-hand with sophisticated entertainment, creating powerful and highly personal magical experiences at the closest possible range.

His international cruise experience began in 2005 with an entirely English-language engagement in the Indian Ocean. Since 2019, he has appeared regularly as headline entertainment aboard TUI Cruises, further developing his theatrical productions for the unique environment of cruise entertainment and international audiences.

Today, Sven offers four distinctive productions: “Magic Moments”, a fast-paced and highly interactive comedy magic show; “The Oracle”, an atmospheric theatrical exploration of mind reading; “Magic meets Music”, his signature production merging magic, live vocals and live music into a single artistic experience; and “The Spirit Cabinet Act”, a cinematic theatrical experience inspired by the authentic Spirit Theatre of the Victorian era. All four productions are available in both English and German and can be adapted for international theatre and cruise audiences.
